Gateways Ranch

Gateways Ranch was established in 1987 in order to produce a specific type of Quarter Horse. We wanted horses with good conformation, legs, feet, "cow sense", and attitude with an emphasis on color. Our goal was to provide the average horse enthusiast with a reasonable priced horse that would last and be capable of "doing it all." We have two stallions, GR DESERT STORM, who is foundation bred and registered, and DOC TOM PEPPY, a son of Doc Tom Tucker, who is our performance horse stud. Our bloodlines include Docs Sug, Doc Bar, Lemac Doc Holly, Poco Bueno, Doc O'Lena, Peppy San, Hesa Commander, Montana Doc and Doc Tom Tucker. We have had success in this endeavor with our horses excelling in cutting, reining, and reined cow horse. Several of our horses are also enjoying just being pets and giving their owners great pleasure. All have shown to be durable, dependable and athletic , and our pastures are full of color.
